It is a continuous project which reflects years of research. The compilation cites books, periodicals, pamphlets, diaries, newspapers, letters, government documents and interviews. The list spans over 200 years of print. David is always happy to assist anyone with research in the field utilizing the information contained in his bibliography. Much of the printed material listed in the compilation is in David's possession.
