Ferro Weathervanes is proud of the reputation it has for providing exceptional quality and service.  We endeavor to ship all goods promptly, and give careful attention to packing.  If there are any problems or questions, please feel free to call us at (401) 396-9280

We make our grateful acknowledgements to our customers and friends for past favors, and trust to merit their future patronage.

• Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt. No refunds thereafter.

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

• Do not file a claim with carrier if there is damage. Call Ferro Weathervanes Immediately.

• An authorization must be obtained before merchandise can be returned.

• Once authorization is obtained we will arrange pickup/claims processing, etc.

• We will not be responsible for shipping charges or claims without a return authorization.

• Carefully re-pack merchandise in original packaging if it is to be returned.

*Ferro Weathervanes has the right to charge a restocking fee on any returns not meeting the above criteria.
