Payments: Make Checks payable to Ferro Weathervanes. Please mail a personal or cashiers check with the total or prearranged deposit amount. Please allow time for personal checks to clear. We are sorry we do not accept charge cards, but we do accept checks drawn on your Visa, MasterCard, or other credit card. Call your credit card company and they will mail you one. The check amount will appear on your monthly statement. 

Shipping: Cupola Plans are mailed through United States Postal Service. Most other items are shipped by UPS. Packing charge is included in shipping rate. Larger Items will be shipped freight. Freight shipments are quoted separately. You will be contacted with the details and charges. Wooden crates are an additional charge. Shipping, Insurance, crating, and handling charges are non refundable. Items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international will be shipped either UPS or USPS and additional charges will be required.
