Finials, Spires, and Copper Roof Caps for Turrets are finishing touches of timeless elegance. Hand crafted of copper and brass. Put them anywhere a subtle but effective accent is desired. Soften the transition between architecture and sky by placing finials on cupolas, gazebos, turrets, towers and gables. Use them creatively to adorn cabanas, pergolas, and garnish gardens & landscapes. Use them alone or in quantity for greater effect.  If you desire a different design than shown, our studio is available to create custom or historical reproductions of Finials.

Ferro finials are supplied with an integrated 3/4" COPPER or BRASS post.  BEWARE finials that mount over a steel post!  Mounting length is 9" long. Pre-check your installation and order your finial with a longer post if necessary ($1.00 per inch).  Install these wonderful ornaments alone, with a roof mount, or complement with a roof cap.  Grounding clamps to incorporate your weathervane or finial into your existing lightning protection system are available. Our Finials and Roof Caps can be ordered/installed individually or combined for greater aesthetic effect. When multiple facets of a roof culminate in a peek, an awkward blunt point is the result. A roof cap can subtly and efficiently complete the intended architecture. They can be used on turrets, towers, gazebos, or any architectural pinnacle. and  function as an effective transition between roof and finials or weathervanes. Each cap is made to fit supplied roof specifications from 16 gauge copper and have 12" long sides plus 2" - 4" for points, scallops, or fleur de lis with 5/32" holes for mounting. Caps are available shaped as: cone, 4, 6, or 8 sided. Roof Pitch must be 6/12 to 24/12 only. Caps are for ornamentation only and will not support a finial or weathervane. These items must be properly installed separately. When ordering roof caps, be sure to furnish information regarding number of sides and roof pitch over 12. Caps returned for wrong size or shape given are subject to a 30% re-stocking charge.
