ORDERING PROCEDURE and IMPORTANT INFORMATION  

Furnish the following Information with each cupola Ordered

1. Quantity?

2. Size ?

3. Elegant or Elite series cupolas?

4. Shape (square, hexagonal. or octagonal)?

5. Structure (Cedar, Poly or Mahogany material)?

5. Roof. (straight, concave, or bell)?

6. Style (Straight louvers, arched louvers, or windows)?

7. Screens on louvered models?

8. Roof Pitch must be furnished for each cupola ordered !

9. Extended base if required?

10. Does the cupola need to be weathervane ready?

--Feel free to call and have us walk through the Order with you.

--Boxing or Crating charges will be added to all cupolas. Call for quote.

--Only Elegant series square cupolas can be shipped by UPS. All other cupolas are shipped truck freight.

--26" x 34" and 29" x 37" cupolas require 2 boxes to be UPS'able. Expect 2 boxes when ordering these.

--Additional freight charges apply to shipments to residential addresses.

--Cupolas ordered "to be picked up at Ferro Weathervanes" are still subject to shipping charges from the manufacturer.
